Torre Leoneras Park Benahavis
This is a new park that opened last September in the white village of Benahavis. It is set in beautiful surroundings and not only has a small playground but a lake and small ampitheatre as well. In the centre of the park is the Torre Leoneras, with the playground at one end and the lake at the other.
The playground is suitable for younger children as it isn’t that big. It is circled by adult exercise machine so you can have a work out at the same time. The lake is at the other end of the park and has an imitation crocodile! My son and I often have a picninc lunch in the small ampitheatre, it is such a nice place to go on a sunny afternoon. As the park has a long winding path all the way round it is also suitable for bikes and other ride ons.
This is one of the few parks that i know of that has toilets as well and they are kept very clean.
I really think that Benahavis town hall have done a fantastic job.
