I used a sleeping bag with my son when he was a baby and loved them.  I think they are a great idea, especially in the cooler months when blankets and sheets can be kicked off, I used them up to the age of about 2 when he went into his big bed.

My friend recently visited Ikea in Malaga and low and behold the big blue shop is now stocking their very own baby sleeping bags in various colours and patterns using some of their popular characters.  They have a guide on them to let you know what temperature to use them in and what the equivalent tog rating is.

The best thing about these sleeping bags is the price, they start from as little as €9.99!!!
