The Telecabina is a 4 person cable car that takes you from Arroyo de la Miel (just outside of Tivoli World) up the mountainside, 800m above sea level, this takes roughly 15 minutes.  You can purchase a single or return ticket, as you are able to bike or walk back down the mountain footpath.
